Pipit is not responsible for any technical malfunction or other problems of any telephone network or membership, computer systems, servers or providers, computer or mobile phone equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to User's or to any other person's computer, mobile phone, or other hardware or software, related to or resulting from using or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Membership, including any Mobile Client software.

Under no circumstances will Pipit be responsible for any loss or damage, including any loss or damage to any User Content or personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Membership, any User Content or Third Party Applications, Software or Content posted on or through the Site or the Membership or transmitted to Users, or any interactions between users of the Site, whether online or offline.

Pipit reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, Pipit may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your Membership, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Privacy Statement
This privacy statement, effective April 10, 2009, applies to this Site and other Sites on servers owned by Pipit Interactive, Inc. (Pipit). At Pipit, we share your concerns about privacy. We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.

IP Address
We log all connections to our web servers. Those log files include your IP address. An IP address is NOT personally identifiable information, but general information about your location, connection to the Internet, and your Internet Service Provider. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Sites.

Cookies
"Cookies" are small pieces of information stored in a user's browser that give that user a unique identification.  If you are accessing our protected content, we will use cookies for authentication purposes only. The Sites have  security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control; however, Pipit does not guarantee the performance or adequacy of such security measures.
